Hi!
What happened with the repos(yeah I know, repos. are actually stupid things on openSUSE and everybody have problems with them)???
Today I’m searched for some packages in YaST, and I found all of my KDE 4.1.2 version numbers (Installed (Available)) in red. The installed versions are 4.1.2-…, but the available version are 4.0.x.
Why? I’m installed these packages from the same repo. Arrgh…
Hi
I would imagine if your using the redirector (download.opensuse.org)
your mirror may be offline.

Hmm, interesting.
I’m checked my repo list. All KDE repositories are beginning with download.opensuse.org.
I can reach these sites with web browser, so I think they aren’t offline.
Index of /repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.0 is online too, and the version numbers are matching with my version numbers, but I still can’t see them in YaST
Hi
I would look at using a mirror… else try using zypper commands.

I know it might seem un-related
But try this
Disable you Update repo
and add a new one
Index of /update/11.0
I had this last week and it was something to do with the default Update repo NOT the kde4.1.2 repo’s
Okay, it’s worked. I’ll add my repos again. Thanks
Happy that sorted it for you:)
