Just recompiled the kernel, now hd wont mount.
When i mount using initrd image initrd gives me message: Fault, modprobe cannot find /lib/modules/…/modules.deb.

After “make”, did you do “sudo make modules_install install”?
If you did the above, how did you generate the configuration file .config?
