Recent update to librsvg breaks Cinnamon applets on 12.3

Hi. This morning I noticed that about half of my Cinnamon applets were present-but-invisible following a reboot. Applets affected included the notification, sound, window list and settings applets. These guys were present in the system tray and were clickable but their icons were missing or invisible. Other applets like the calendar, weather and panel launchers applets seemed unaffected.

I tracked this down to a recent update to librsvg-2.36.4-2.4.1.
