Hi, I am new to Linux (Suse 11.0) … I do love the system and try to learn as much as possible about it. My task at the moment is that I am not able to install the Real Player 11 Gold that I have downloaded from Real.com …for linux. I get to save a .bin file and have to change the rights. But still I can not get it too install and in my Terminal I get told it can’t find the file. …I saved it on the Desktop. Can someone help me to figure this out ?

or install via the RPM, but you need to install the lsb package first via Yast.
Also for some odd reason it wont create a menu entry, you may have to edit your menu’s.
Yea, i had to navigate in my file system to find the launcher and start it from there. Also, i had to create a shortcut to make things easier;)
