Reading Windows Burnt Data DVDs

Just wondering if anyone has a work around for getting Opensuse 11 to recognise data DVD’s burnt using Nero in Windows. For some reason, when using Opensuse 11, I can’t get my pc to recognise any data DVD’s at all - won’t even recognise that there is a disc in the tray.

Thanks in advance for any replies

Usually this is a burner problem… I read media burned from every OS
every day. Try burning at a slower speed. If you are leaving the discs
“open” (for more burning) try closing them instead.

Good luck.
