@caf4926, i just want to say thanks for this guide. It absolutely
helped me to fix my issues. Highly appreciated.

I did install the codecs with the old guide and installed the previous
repositories (just changed the numbering) but it broke after one use of
decode. mm…
Now everything is working and so i say, thanks. :slight_smile:

Can you supply a link to the Installation Guide so people can know exactly which guide is being used?

I haven’t gotten to this step yet in my openSUSE 12.1 installation so I haven’t started my hunt for the latest version yet.

scroll down, its way down in the message. I tried to use the other
guides, but this only worked for a short time. Not sure what went
wrong. This however does work great.

So far, I have installed Flash and MP3 support (Amarok makes it very easy!)
