No, there is no moderation nor aprovals. If your message is rejected is
because an automatic rule, which normally means that your message was
sent in html. Html is banned on most mail lists, so make sure you don’t
use it. The wording may be different depending on the interface or
client you use: it could be some thing like “rich text”.

Some mail lists may have a list of words that are not allowed. I have
not seen that in ages, though. If html is completely ruled out, then you
have to contact the list admin directly.

You could mail to the list with a CC to somebody else to check your mail
for problems. Me, for instance, but I don’t subscribe to that particular
mail list. Instead, try opensuse-test@opensuse.org.
