I was able with the help from the forum to setup my vpn connection and I can connect now to my work network. The issue I have is the Rdesktop cannot find my computer on the network. The Terminal services is up because I can do it from my Xp machine without any issue. Please help me solve this as this is one of the last things I want to do before moving out of Bill’s farm. Other than that I’m very happy with OpenSuse. thank you
Just in case that someone will read this thread. I found a temporary solution to connect via vpnc and terminal services by using the ip address of the remote computer. I need to read on how I can do it if I use the name. But so far so good because the work ip is not static but doesn’t change that easy, unless you are away for a while.
