Hi all
I got:
- Pi 2 Model B
- runs raspian 2017-09-07
-raspbian-stretch.img just nicely
- just won’t boot openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-LXQT-raspberrypi2.armv7l-2017.11.22-Build1.1.raw.xz
This RPI should go into the kitchen and do it’s duty as the chefs cookbook (thus I am under pressure). All it has to do is serving the chefs music and recipes, oh an the shopping lists off course. She threatens to use another ipad for that purpose (gosh!). Help needed and appreciated!

…had no luck recently with raspi 2 and TW, so I stopped trying. Try raspian stretch light and install a GUI. I have some old TW for raspi 2 from Stefan Bruens, but the repo is dead and when I tried to update one install recently it broke terminally.
Thanks for the hint.
However, I mentioned, raspian 2017-09-07-raspbian-stretch.img runs smoothly.
First conclusion: Rearding OpenSuse does not even boot: I am not alone with this problem.
