Hello,
I tried Leap 15.2 rc and I have serious problem with my laptop after suspend. Screen is randomly blinking when opening new window or scrolling in KDE with default kernel. Problem not persist in GNOME.
It happens only on one of my machines and only after wakeup from suspend. Maybe worth to notice, that this one is hidpi screen.
Could you please guys help me resolve this?
So whats different between the two machines? Graphics maybe?, CPU ??
Both have intel cpu and gpu. The biggest difrence is that in that one that have problem is a HiDPi screen.
It never happened on any other distros i used (Leap 15.1, Tumbleweed, Kubuntu, PopOS, Manjaro… etc) It happens only on Leap 15.2 KDE.
Which Intel CPU’s. GPU’s may vary between Intel generation.
Maybe show lspci for both.

Bad one appears to have a Xeon processor and NVIDIA graphics. It does not look like the Xeon has a built in GPU so this is not Optimus.
Have you installed the NVIDIA driver on the the Xeon machine? If so try uninstalling it. If not try installing it.
Are these desktop or Laptops??
The good one is pure standard Intel.
Hmmm are you running X11 or Wayland in KDE. Avoid Wayland+NVIDIA in KDE It is just not there yet.
Its Intel Core i7-8565U with Optimus (Intel UHD Graphics 620/NVIDIA GeForce MX150).
I only use Intel one with modesetting driver. Nvidia is powered off by suse-prime with bbswitch.
I tried all: Plasma on Xorg, Plasma XWayland and Full Wayland.
Only seems to working correct in Full Wayland.
So looks like this is a kernel 5.3 bug. When I updated to new 5.6.15 problem has gone.
It might be worth filing a bug report on this.
Try adding the kernel head repo and switch to the latest kernel from there
See if it still happens
