Quick way to add KDE42 repositories

I deleted my KDE Factory repositories in YaST and wanted to add the new ones for 4.2.2 before the 4.3 rpms start appearing. Is there a quick way to do this [one-click] or do I have to re-enter the repositories by hand?

I didn’t know you could just paste the repository path under the specify URL media type option. I used to select the http: option and it wasn’t clear what information to paste where.
