Is emerald supposed to install a whole new theme or it just changes how windows look?

Thanks for the answer, are icons, scrollbar and color of whole window supposed to change also? Since when i apply a change i only see the borders and min/max/close buttons changing, everything else remains the same.

In the emerald theme manager says to use those themes with an specific widget, then i’ll assume that in order to change the whole theme appearance i need to aply that widget, or am i wrong?
I’m sorry to ask such questions but i’m really new to this plus my english isn’t that good.
