Questions about Nvu

A few years ago when I was doing a lot of commerce on eBay I used Nvu as a html editor. It worked well, but in trying to install it in Suse 11.1, (which I installed from disk) I noticed the program and it’s Web Creation site didn’t mention Suse as a version of Linux it would load to. Has anyone had any experience or issues with Nvu on Suse? Does it matter what version I download? Appreciate any answers or help.

Generally look for someone that has done a Suse package for it…
Webpin

Now that is the Education repo, so should be OK but like any repo you add consider it carefully. Then many times like this example you don’t need it enabling or refreshing. Say in 6mths time you make sure everything is up to date. Enable it and refresh and determine if you want what the repo offers.

NVU for a while stopped being developed actively and was forked to
kompzer. It looks like now though it is back under active development.
Both tools can be found through the webpin link FeatherMonkey supplied.
