Hello guys,
I am new to openSUSE and I am full of doubts.
The openSUSE will only be distributed now in a hybrid version?
Any particular reason to have multiple conflicts packages?
I need many codecs and I’m not finding help to solve it. I can not use most programs properly for lack of codecs example: OpenShot, Kdenlive, imagination (is the program that more precise use at the time).
Someone, please could you help me?

For multimedia codecs and programs you want all packages to come from packman to get the proprietary versions and packman only!!!
Not sure what you mean as a hybrid version?? Leap 42.1 now uses some stuff from the commercial SUSE builds but is is not a hybrid in that sense.
Are you also new to Linux? Or, just openSUSE?
How long ago did you install openSUSE?
Answer these questions, and I can better address your problem. You have, unfortunately, made your problem far more complex, but it can still be straightened up.

Most of those are redundant since the main repos provides the packages and there is little reason to have a extra repo unless you can state why you need it. With that many it is easy to get conflicting packages.
You do not need the any multimedia repos all multimedia stuff comes from packman and packman only
You do not need 43 that is the install media and has no longer a need to use it since you already installed and probably updated many of those and is forces the mount of the install media to do updates
You do not need the Virtual Machine repo all is in the main repo
These extra repos are in the most part used to marshal package to be placed on the main thus they may contain program that conflict with things on the main . You add repos only when you have a good reason not just because they exist.

but… delete 30-40 of those repo’s, Firefox gets regular updates in the update repo (#51 ) you do not need the mozilla repo (#7 ), remove the multimedia repo’s as they contain crippled packages…
a lot of those repo’s are used for testing purposes, to find a potential bug before a package is pushed in the update repo you really need to avoid user home repo’s (ones with home: in their path) as they contain experimental testing packages done be ordinary users for their own usage.
You have quite a mess of repos there, plus have a mess of codecs.
To start with, in order to make certain you have no corruptions or conflicts, I personally would do a fresh, clean install of openSUSE.
After that, the only repos you should have would be the main openSUSE repo, the openSUSE-Oss repo, the openSUSE update repo, the openSUSE-Non-Oss, and the Non-Oss Update repo.
Although you say you have LEAP installed, you have Tumbleweed repos mixed in there, certain path to disaster. All repos should be only

This guide should take care of almost all of your codec problems.
But, you seriously need to clean up your system, first.
