Question about snap confinement

Hi all,

So I can’t really find a solid answer to my question about snap confinement on Opensuse. Some people said they are confined, others said they aren’t. And when I installed the snap store it said with everything that it was unconfined.

snaps on openSUSE are unconfined, as the confinement mechanism requires out of tree kernel patches, which openSUSE doesn’t carry in our kernels.
