Quanta+ Plugins are not responding in OSS 11.3

I installed all the plugins that quanta+ was asking for from the OSS repositories like KFileReplace, but Quanta+ keeps telling me it can’t find kde3/libcervisiapart.la.. I can’t even find a KDE3 folder. How do I satisfy Quanta+?
