Quanta crashes in 11.2

I have completed the transition from 10.3 to 11.2. Everything seems to be OK, except of Quanta. I cannot live without it, it’s the tool I use mostly and simply, I cannot live without it.
Quanta crashes just after the its start. I suppose that the problem is somewhere is it’s tools, because it starts. But crashes when it tries to load a toolbar (that I do not remember which it is!).

Anyway, how can I catch that error? Because no crashing reported, while the attempt to start quanta from command line say:

kdeinit: Communication error with launcher. Exiting!

So, I cannot even provide you with more data. In any case, I suppose that I miss some KDE3 packages. Can someone that has a running quanta in KDE 4.3.4 provide me the list of KDE3 packages that he/she currently has installed?

I have more information regarding the crash.
I started quanta with the following options:
/opt/kde3/bin/quanta --nocrashhandler --unique --resetlayout --sync
Output during startup was: kdeinit: Communication error with launcher. Exiting!
Then, Quanta started and while toolbars drawen, it crashed. Output was:
DCOP aborting (delayed) call from ‘anonymous-28364’ to ‘quanta’

Additionally, running quanta with /opt/kde3/bin/quanta --nocrashhandler generated a seg fault:
quanta[26483]: segfault at 0 ip b4dc13a4 sp bfd08780 error 4 in libkatepart.so[b4d13000+1bd000]

Any ideas?

Finally, I have crash report:

I suspect with it being really tied to kde3 it is going to be problematic. Have you tried Bluefish or NVU? I think both are in Education.
NVU is probably nearer to Quanta

OK, I pinpointed the problem. It seems that the problem is related to katepart, or kate itself.
Can someone, please, help?
