Qt parameters used in kde apps

Hello.
Where can I find parameters meaning used by kde when calling an apps.
As an example found in the application launcher :

Program : dbus-launch
Command-Line Arguments : dolphin -qwindowtitle %c %u

Reading through the app launcher I saw some other parameters :
%U, %F, %f, -c, -b

Any help is welcome.
