Found this bug and Install the 1.2.8 version from file.
Maybe there is a better solution using zypper (or Yast) ?

May be i need to say to maintainer about this bug?

Yes,
If you know how to locate the package maintainer for the app, you can use the SUSE mailing system to send them a direct message.
Or,
If you’re unable to do that, you can also create a bug and submit to https://bugzilla.opensuse.org

This issue has since been resolved in an update, but in the most recent update you’re informed of the following:

The following product is going to be upgraded:
  openSUSE Tumbleweed  20200925-0 -> 20200928-0

**The following package is going to be downgraded:**
  **libtorrent-rasterbar10**

A downgrade makes me think qBittorrent will again stop working, so I’m hesitant to apply the most recent update. Can anyone confirm?
