Q about user repositories

Hi everyone,

sorry for a newbie question, is there public user repositories that can be used for a user playground with building a package from open source? (something like Archlinux aur repos but for user rpm specs)

Every OBS user has home:$USER project with full control. You can create subprojects and packages in this project.

Thanks for hints, just cannot find out there where can I add a link to (for example) github source with rpm spec
