Pyton Idle help

Newbee here, can’t get my idle to work on 11.3. When I zypper python3-idle I don’t see the IDLE start up in my menu, nor do I find it when searching through the file structure. How Do I get IDLE to start?

IDLE located at /usr/bin/idle
You can run it from terminal.

The OP installed python3 idle, so it is not /usr/bin/idle but /usr/bin/idle3

So t’will be, I suppose there should be a softlink. Whatever, whereis idle may (mightn’t) help…

martin_helm, thanks bud, idle3 works like a charm. I’m adding a link in my menu to start it.
