What is this file ? I uninstalled it to get zypper dup going.

Yes exactly the problem I had / have. I had this error for days already.

I have no idea, on what I actual uninstalled, but used option1.

Then again1 , and during zypper dup, I saw a lot of pyhton related stuff getting removed.

For now every thing seems to work fine, so I wonder if I need that stuff.

When I searched online, I did see we are not the only ones having this problem:

Uninstall

jupyter-jupyter-client

python310-jupyter-client

…and zypper dup works.
