PXE install problem net_activate failed

I am trying to install OpenSuSE 11.2 via network.
It is my pxelinux.cfg/default file

default ubuntu
prompt 1
timeout 30

Install i386 11.2 Suse

label suse
kernel linux
append initrd=initrd splash=silent vga=0x314 showopts install=http://www.def.office/~test/suse/

A network client computer gets ip address from dhcp server, loads initrd and failed on Loading Istallation System stage 4 or 5. If I try to continue installation in manual mode I get an error net_activate: ifconfig eth0 up failed
I tryed network cards from different vendors it
did not help. Ubuntu linux installs successfully in current environment.

Did you check the download and burnt media? I’ve done quite some net-installs, this never happened.

Yes I did. I’ve intalled few computers with this dvd disk. Then I copy disk to http. I tryed to install suse 11.2 both 64bit and 32 bit versions and both installation failed with the same error: net_activate ifconfig eth0 up failed.

Something wrong with my local installation source. I’ve just tryed to install from internet source. The installation was succefull. Is this enough to copy files from an installation dvd to http server? Or I have to do something else?
