I truly hope that PulseEffects is not forced on us in 15.4 and pulseaudio-equalizer rendered unusable. If both worked that would be fine, but PulseEffects is overly complicated for me if I just want to equalize sound and not start a mixing studio.
Just did a look at leap 15.4a in my vm and yast package manager has pulseaudio-equalizer (version 3.02) available for install. Current leap 15.3 is using pulseaudio-equalizer version 2.7
I think you can rest assured that you will be able to listen to your 50s rock (just a joke, I listen to that).
