I’m not surprised to read this unfortunately. I couldn’t understand why running it manually would help at all, apart from diagnostic purposes. It seems to be something unique to your system, and some pulseaudio logging could be useful but you haven’t been able to procure any yet. (As mentioned earlier it may need a bug report to help resolve.) :\
