psmouse.c: bad data from KBC - bad parity

Hi all,

after kernel update my mouse is crazy!
I’ve tried another mouse, but with same result!

gilberto@SUGEP-DMASI:~> dmesg |grep mouse
mice: PS/2 mouse device common for all mice
psmouse.c: bad data from KBC - bad parity
psmouse.c: bad data from KBC - bad parity
psmouse.c: bad data from KBC - bad parity
psmouse.c: Wheel Mouse at isa0060/serio1/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 2 bytes away.

Suse:

gilberto@SUGEP-DMASI:~> cat /etc/SuSE-release
openSUSE 10.3 (i586)
VERSION = 10.3
gilberto@SUGEP-DMASI:~> uname -a
Linux SUGEP-DMASI 2.6.22.19-12-default #1 SMP 2008-12-18 10:17:03 +0100 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
gilberto@SUGEP-DMASI:~>

Is it a bug?

Other think I’ve noted, after update the old kernel disappear:
