PS/2 Wheel Mouse and openSuse10.3

My wheel doesn’t work at all and I have tried switching in yast. Not a huge deal just curious if anyone knows a quick fix. Not USB.

First, try with another mouse :slight_smile:

BTW, I’m also on opensuse 10.3, using a “wheeled mouse” (ps/2), here is
my “/etc/X11/xorg.conf” setup for the mouse section:

Section “InputDevice”
Identifier “Mouse[1]”
Driver “mouse”
Option “Buttons” “9”
Option “Device” “/dev/input/mice”
Option “Name” “ImExPS/2 Logitech Explorer Mouse”
Option “Protocol” “explorerps/2”
Option “Vendor” “Sysp”
Option “ZAxisMapping” “4 5”
EndSection

In fact, it’s not a Logitech mouse with 9 buttons, it’s a MS mouse with just
3 buttons.

Thanks for the reply, didnt work but it’s ok this mouse is only a temp

Upgraded to 11.1 and all is well except webcam
