What is the proper way to report a missing dependancy for a package?
Or how to find the maintainer?
(in particular texlive-exceltex should depend on perl-Spreadsheet-ParseExcel)

Click on ‘Report Bug’ in the description area.
Or use osc (or the Open Build Service web UI) to branch the package,
fix and submit back…
