I want to add 1TB SATA drive to my fileserver running SUSE 10.0 (not connected to internet). So I am adding also Promise SATA300 controller (TX2Plus)
Kernel on installation DVD doesn’t recognize this SATA controller. How can I check, before installing, if the newer kernel supports this hardware ?
