Programm zur Aufnahme des Desktops

Guten Tag,

unter Windows gibt es zahlreiche Freeware zur Aufnahme der
Desktopaktivitäten (Desktop Record).

Habe schon danach “gegoogelt” aber für Linux noch nichts gescheites
gefunden.
Benutze openSUSE 11.4 mit KDE.

Kann mir jemand Hilfestellung leisten?

Es gibt mehrere, ich kenne natürlich nicht alle, eine zeitlang habe ich
recordmydesktop verwendet, sollte normal über yast verfügbar sein.

Leider führte die Suche in Yast zu keinen Ergebnissen.

Das ist im Contrib Repository, kann über Yast als Community-Repository
hinzugefügt werden, dann ist es installierbar.
Generell Softwaresuche für openSUSE am besten hier

Um etwas noch dazu zu sagen ich habe mit recordmydesktop einige Screencasts
und interne Schulungsvideos für die Firme erstellt. Für die Windowsbenutzer
habe ich dann die Dateien mittels transcode (mencoder aus dem mplayer Paket
geht auch) in divx kompatible avi Dateien verwandelt.
Das ist eine Weile her (müsste noch unter 11.2 gwesen sein), ich kann nicht
sagen wie gut das unter openSUSE 11.4 läuft, also ausprobieren.

Werde mich mal in einer stillen Stunde damit beschäftigen.

Weil es mir zufällig noch eingefallen ist, da war vor kurzem ein Thread im
englischen Forum (den ich auch wiederfinden konnte), wo auch die Verwendung
von ffmpeg (Packman Repository) vorgeschlagen wurde, ich zitiere hier mal
Oldcpu

The command I use to capture my desktop (1920x1200) at 15 frames per
second, with pulse audio enabled is:

ffmpeg -f alsa -ac 2 -i pulse -f x11grab -r 15 -s 1920x1200 -i :0.0 -

Xvidcap

Ja, auch der Bildschirm lässt sich damit aufnehmen.

Istanbul

click on its icon in the notification area. To stop you click its icon
again. It works on Gnome, KDE, XFCE and others.

Ich selbst verwende hauptsächlich Xvidcap.

zuerst danke für Deine Info.

Recordmydesktop verwende ich und es läuft auf meinem openSUSE 11.4 mit
KDE 4.6 einigermaßen zufriedenstellend.

Xvidcap klappt bei mir überhaupt nicht.
Manchmal sehe ich bei einer Aufnahme zwar die Zeit der Aufnahme laufen.
Das Ergebnis ist dann eine Datei mit 0 Byte.
Dann hängt sich die Anwendung auf u.s.w.
Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass ich gar kein X-Windows Display habe.
Da ich noch ziemlich neu in der Linux-Welt bin, weiß ich auch gar nicht,
wie man so ein Display herstellen kann.
