I installed leap 15.3 few days ago. Since then it takes a couple of minutes to start “Display and Monitor” in systemsettings. Once it is there it seems to work ok. Does anybody know, how to speed it up again?
Open it as User in terminal per:
systemsettings5
Does it give more?
systemsettings5 gives an error message

Then “Display and Monitor” has the same problem again. All other modules start normally.

Did you by chance disable IPv6?
Display and Monitor includes the Night Color settings. This one seems to be the culprit. (Maybe trying to use internet for identifying current location.)
With IPv6 enabled, the issue is not there.
First time I opened it today it acted like it was frozen. Each time since it has worked OK, but not without errors:
