Currently trying to use digikam on Suse 11.3. Databases digikam4.db and thumbnails digikam.db to not seem to exist on the original download nor anywhere I can find from trusted sources. Is there hope or should I look for another photo application?
Some more info may help. If you got error messages, can you post them here (wrapping them in code tags)? At what stage did you get the errors, during download or execution? Are we talking about the version of digikam that comes from the Oss repo with a standard install of 11.3?
