Hi there 
i’m not sure whether this is an entirely laptop-related question; but i couldn’t find a better forum for issues with the power-subsystem.
after upgrading from 13.1 to 13.2 i habe trouble resuming from suspend to disk/ram 
with 13.1 everything was fine.
my setup:
i5-3210M (hd4000, no other graphics)
3.16.6-2 x86_64 desktop-kernel
i also use these k-params: acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor. but removing those (and running grub2-mkconfig) didn’t change the symptoms in any way.
ok, this is how the problems shows:
i either click “suspend to ram” in kickoff, run “pm-suspend” or “echo ram > /sys/power/state”.
the power-leds indicate that the transition is complete.
when i press the power button, the system wakes up but everything is frozen.
there is a ‘hickup’ after 10 seconds and any keypresses i made will be handled (not in X but i can change the terminal and stuff like that).
after about 20 seconds more the computer resets
