Problems on Instalation in Macbook G4

Hi,
I’m new user of opensuse… and I’m seriuos problems to install openSUSE 11 in my macbook G4… I insert the dvd to read on boot… bu it doesn’t work … and I’ve already test the dvd in my Dell and it does works … and I don’t know what I’m doin’ wrong…:sarcastic:

Can someone tell me waht I’m doin’ wrong…!:wink:

Is your G4 PowerPC CPU based? If so you should have been using the PPC DVD. AFAIK Dell doesn’t make any PPC based machines.
