Hi, I have just reinstalled suse 32 bit as 64 bit didn’t support some of my hardware.
Trying to install mscore, during make release, this error message appeared at the end, saying can’t find ljack, any ideas?
Linking CXX executable mscore
/usr/lib/gcc/i586-suse-linux/4.3/…/…/…/…/i586-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -ljack
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [mscore/mscore] Error 1

make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/star/mscore-0.9.2/build’

I have installed cmake, gnome c++ qt4 development from yast, confused, cause the same file installed fine on my last system.
Thanks
Hi
That is probably libjack-devel you require.
