Problems install 11.0 with raid 1+0 setup

I built my PC and I have 4 320gb HDD raided in a 1+0(or raid 10). I have downloaded the LiveCD ISO 64 bit version and burnt it on CD, but when I try to load from it, it just does the normal booting sequence. I have vista installed already, and was interested in dual booting them both. I have researched on the problems with dual booting with vista. I’m just having problems trying to install it first.

Thanks,

-Andrew

Swerdna has a help page: GRUB Boot Multiboot openSUSE Windows (2000, XP, Vista) using the Grub bootloader.

Also, my advice - Use a DVD to install.

If you have problems actually getting the CD to boot - Have you tried other boot options, such as hit F3 and select ‘vesa’ - as it may be an issue with your graphics card.

The DVD has more choice - even the likes of text mode install. And of course, has recovery tools etc…
