Problems in 11.3 M1

1: During after release notes downloaded, error downloading repos: ‘content.key’ not found on medium …(repo site). This error also occurred later when trying to get updates.

2: During install boot configuration, grub did not display windows 7 (NTFS) boot option. Had to enter it manually.

3: After install can’t use proxy connection. “Connection Refused” message every time I try to use the proxy. Tried resetting cable modem, rebooting, reloading proxy settings from 11.2 but all fail to allow proxy. Change in kernel, hmmm? Tried changes in both yast proxy settings and in firefox proxy settings.

4: Yast locks up during file download/install. File was kcm_touchpad from 11.2 kde repo (not available in 11.3 yet)

5: On the plus side, Nepomuk seems to be working better, at least no error messages yet!

6: Firefox 3.6 looks nice, especially the personas.

If not already posted, please enter the bugs in the Bugzilla. The people
responsible for fixing them do not read the Fora.

Determined this was a fault with the proxy service. Just bad timing that it occurred during the install
