Problem with source update via scm-service

In the following project

Build Service > Projects > home:apersaud > xboard-master

I get an error when trying to run the service… seems as if there is an old process that is stuck?

Here is the error message:

Permission denied

The account that is logged into the system lacks proper permissions to perform the operation.
Please contact the openSUSE admin to get proper permissions for the user account.
Error Details:

Errorcode: 403
Message: service still running at /root/bs//bs_srcserver line 123.
-----------end-------------

Can an admin look into this or is there something I can do?

just FYI: working again… guess something killed the staled job (after 5 days)
