I have a requirement to print from flash-player, but am finding it impossible in openSUSE.
I am running openSUSE 11.1, Firefox 3.0.7 and and the latest flash-player (10.0.22.87).
Printing can be done in two ways: either by right clicking the flash movie and selecting [Print] or through a print option added by the flash movie creator. Both methods pop up a printer selector dialog.
A good sample for printing is here: www.plattegronden.nl/bergenopzoom
If I monitor the CUPS print queue after selecting [Print] from the pop-up dialog, no jobs are added to the queue. I tried to print both as root and also as a normal user. Results were the same.
I have tried to print from #!CrunchBang linux and it worked normally.
Does anyone have any hints towards a possible solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
