problem with network card

Hello,

just install version 11.3 with kde and I have not detected the two network card are integrated into the motherboard Gigabyte GA-X48T-DQ6, the network card has realtek chip.

I’m surprised not detected when 11.2 No gave me no problem, how I can fix this?

Thank you.

Hi,

just to make sure,
yast does not show the two networkcards in NetworkDevices -> NetworkSettings

could you grep for the rtl chipset in your dmesg output?

Please post output from ‘lspci’. According to Gigabyte, the network
chip is a Realtek 8111C which is dealth with by the r8169 module.
Check if that module has been loaded (lsmod).

It is working,

in yast> network settings, appeared the two network cards only that were not configured. Only ipv4 enabled and ready for dhcp.

Thank you.

Cool, like we say: Have a lot of fun
