Problem with multiboot xp/oss11

Hello, I am having some trouble getting my windows xp pro install to boot with grub. I have had it start one time but then I rebooted and never was able to get back into it.

I have 2x 250GB HD’s in a RAID 1 for my windows xp pro, I have 2x 80GB HD’s in a RAID 1, and I have 1x 750GB HD for storage as NTFS.

If you can help please do, I really would like to be able to get back on my Windows OS I need stuff on there. Thank you ahead of time!
