I have a problem in kde Plasma after installing fglrx .
After reboot it seems to be crashed .
when I try to :
startkde
the output is :
$DISPLAY is not set or cannot connect to X server
pleas HELP !!!:’(:’(
startkde no longer works for some time try as root init 5
One week on I hope you worked it out already 
If not, please tell me exactly the model graphics card you have, and how did you install the fglrx drivers (repo or dowload from amd site).
