Problem with JMicron SATA

Hey guys,

I am running opensuse 11.1 32Bit at my machine (Core 2 Duo E8500, 4GB Ram, Geforce 8800GT, Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3) with 3 HDD’s.

The first HDD (200GB) is connected to the ICH9 Southbridge. It got 4 parts:

  1. Vista 35GB NTFS
  2. XP 25GB NTFS
  3. ~120GB NTFS for files
  4. Suse 11.1 10GB ext3.

Allright, all those paritions are mounted and accessable.

The two other HDD’s are both 250GB and they are connected to the JMicron (JMB36X) SATA Controller in IDE Mode, so there is NO RAID!

But:
Linux thinks there were a RAID,
with fdisk -l I can see the 2 HDD’s with the correct Partions. In the Konquerer I also see 2 250GB medias, but I can’t mount them/access them.
With fdisk -l I can also see a 500 GB sized RAID with no Partions (something like: Partionmatrix is wrong), but this Raid is NOT existing.

How can I mount the 2 Hdd’s normally? Any Ideas?

In YaST in the Partitioner, there is an entry by Device Mapper, so I think the Problem is, that it thinks I’ve got a Raid but there is no. So everytime I want to mount a HDD which is shown in the Raid, it says: Mounting failed: Resource busy. Is there a chance to deactivate the Device Mapper?
