When I get an email notification of a reply and I click the link in the email I get this…
Corrupted Content Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
I’m not getting email notification (my choice). However, I do get that “Corrupted Content Error” in firefox, when my login to the forums has timed out. Usually, login will fix the problem.
Yes, I get this now and then and then it is rather persistant.
I must explain that I have allways one FF window open and loged in on a forums page (normaly the main page, but that does not matter). This to avoid having to log in every time.
When this error occurs, I reload that main page and then reload the error page OK. But say 15 mins later with the next notification (or clicking on a new thread in my RSS feeds), the same. The best to do is logout from that page and login again. Then it seems to have gone. But it returns after a few days (sometimes weeks).
Very annoying, but personaly I do not know a cure for it.

Here too.
What I do is open the main page instead (forums.opensuse.org), and when
it opens ok, I click on the link again. No need to login if not wanted.

Probably because this forum has a very different authentication system
from the rest, very secure. The site has been hacked, but they were not
able to compromise passwords. They just got at a faked password database.
Ant this system is shared between all or most of the openSUSE services
that require authentication. You can login, say, at bugzilla, and then
enter the forums and post.
We get many advantages, with some problems.
