I have tried to install and use several add-on (Firefox) to download a flash video from http://hebraicrootsnetwork.com/eddie-chumney-show/
None of them works. They only work on popular sites (e.g. YouTube).
Can anyone help me and explain how to download this videos? (For those who are concerned about copyrights - my country allows downloading)
I haven’t done this in a long time so I may make mistakes.
I think that site uses rtmp regular grabbers won’t work, install rtpmdump and read-up on it’s use

no official rpm but there is a deb package (try alien) and source available of you’d like to play with make.
