Problem with Attansic L1 Ethernet card

I recently installed openSUSE 11.1. When I first ran after installation, it gave me a kernel oops(kernel failure message). I couldn’t understand much it said. But the problem was with IPv6. I followed a few forums and disabled IPv6. But still the internet is too slow. Then I again got a kernel oops saying

I get this message sometimes(not all the times). I really dont know what to do. Its very annoying because openSUSE 11.0 was great and I had no such problems. It was smooth as silk. I have dual boot and my WIndows XP functions well. My OS is openSUSE 11.1, Intel Core 2 Duo, 1 GB RAM, ATI Radeon X700 256MB Graphics card. My mother board is ASUS P5B MX/WiFi AP

Linux 2.6.27.7-9-default #1 SMP 2008-12-04 18:10:04 +0100 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.

This is the output I got from lspci
