Hello,
I am using this repository to install puppet in SLES12:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/puppet/SLE_12/

zypper -q -n install --from systemsmanagement_puppet puppet facter

But I am receiving this error:

Problem: nothing provides rubygem(ruby-shadow) >= 2.1.4 needed by puppet-3.7.3-2.1.x86_64

Could you help me?

You need to ask the repository maintainers to enable rubygem-ruby-shadow for SLE 12
