i’ve tried to install opensuse from livecd and when i confirm all changes when setup of formatting starts i get an error code 3027… something with consistency of hdd. any ideas?

Are you attempting to setup a dual boot? If so what other OS?
Do you have one hard disk or more?
Do you know how to show us the output of
fdisk -l
from a linux terminal or console?
Also, which liveCD 11,2 kde or other?
Have you checked the CD? (there is an option available from the boot menu).
And a list of your hardware.

The live CD needs 1GB of RAM to install, but I did it once with 512MB,
your error sounds like you don’t have a clean NTFS partition and when
you try to resize the partition it fails, use scandisk and defrag on
WinXP and then try again

Does this mean your disk already has 3 partitions and you need to partition it further?
If so, then after the scandisk and defrag (i agree with VampirD here), we could tell you how to get that fdisk -l output to check.
