this link is my boot.msg
http://up.iranblog.com/images/iqw44eily6wlzpn9a7d.doc
in opensuse 11.2 and 11.1 have not this problem

I had a brief trawl through bug reports concerning this issue. This one in particular:

Re: [Linux-usb-users] hc takeover failed BIOS/SMM bug

suggested this may be due to a BIOS settings (or upgrade required), rather than an actual kernel bug

Are you talking about the “hc takeover failed BIOS/SMM bug” message?

That’s about all I can offer. If you still think this is kernel-related, then file a bug report.

You can add the code “acpi=off” to the GRUB boot options line in the first boot
screen. If that allows access to your USB ports, and does not cripple your
system, then you can make it permanent with YaST => System => /etc/sysconfig
Editor => System => DEFAULT_APPEND.
