Problem during adding packman

I just did a fresh install of TW with Plasma and wanted to add packman. This is what I get:

shaurya@ThinkPad:~> sudo zypper dup --from packman --allow-vendor-change

New repository or package signing key received:

Repository: packman
Key Fingerprint: F887 5B88 0D51 8B6B 8C53 0D13 45A1 D067 1ABD 1AFB
Key Name: PackMan Project (signing key) packman@links2linux.de
Key Algorithm: RSA 4096
Key Created: Tue 09 Jan 2024 02:56:14 AM IST
Key Expires: Fri 13 Sep 2024 03:47:21 AM IST (expires in 87 days)
Rpm Name: gpg-pubkey-1abd1afb-659c6876

Note: Signing data enables the recipient to verify that no modifications occurred after the data
were signed. Accepting data with no, wrong or unknown signature can lead to a corrupted system
and in extreme cases even to a system compromise.

Note: A GPG pubkey is clearly identified by its fingerprint. Do not rely on the key's name. If
you are not sure whether the presented key is authentic, ask the repository provider or check
their web site. Many providers maintain a web page showing the fingerprints of the GPG keys they
are using.

Do you want to reject the key, trust temporarily, or trust always? [r/t/a/?] (r): a

3 Problems:
Problem: 1: the installed phonon-vlc-qt6-0.12.0-2.3.x86_64 requires ‘vlc = 3.0.21’, but this requirement cannot be provided
Problem: 2: the installed phonon-vlc-qt5-0.12.0-2.3.x86_64 requires ‘vlc-noX = 3.0.21’, but this requirement cannot be provided
Problem: 3: the installed vlc-noX-3.0.21-1.1.x86_64 requires ‘libvlc5 = 3.0.21-1.1’, but this requirement cannot be provided

Problem: 1: the installed phonon-vlc-qt6-0.12.0-2.3.x86_64 requires ‘vlc = 3.0.21’, but this requirement cannot be provided
Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
keep obsolete vlc-3.0.21-1.1.x86_64
keep obsolete libvlccore9-3.0.21-1.1.x86_64
keep obsolete vlc-qt-3.0.21-1.1.x86_64
Solution 2: deinstallation of phonon-vlc-qt6-0.12.0-2.3.x86_64
Solution 3: break phonon-vlc-qt6-0.12.0-2.3.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

Choose from above solutions by number or skip, retry or cancel [1/2/3/s/r/c/d/?] (c):

PRO TIP: Search a forum for the exact same thing before you post.

I already did. It doesn’t give me the switch vendor option and that’s been mentioned everywhere. Also would appreciate it if you’d help a bro out instead of being snarky.

You look and see all the options presented

remove vlc
wait for packman to fix itself

You know, the things that keep getting said over and over and over.

With picking the “Keep obsolete …” choices you should be safe.
